any forest hills moms?
sorry to crash, but i am panicking. im due in February and just spoke with a friend who said there arent many daycare centers in the area...and most people have nannies. just wondering if anyone can recommend a daycare center in the area? She gave me one and said it can sometimes have up to a 6 month wait list which means i have to get moving on this 
she also mentioned some forest hills mom specific chat board but i have no idea what she is talking about...anyone know the link?
may as well ask while i have local moms reading...anyone have a pediatrician recommendation?

I am not a Forest Hills mom, but I have family in the nearby area. I think you should checkout some Meetup groups. Maybe she was talking about Queens Mamas? It seems to be pretty popular. Good luck!!
