It used to be Sidetracks in Sunnyside but it's crappy now.  The past few times I've been, Barosa's was really good.

Melting Pot -- I know it's not very popular around here but I love it!

Dorado -- a hole in the wall, Chinese/Cuban restaurant in Jackson Heights. I've been going here since I was a young child and it is my absolute favorite meal. I've been to nicer restaurants and have ordered the same thing (bistec palomilla w/ maduro) and it doesn't even compare! I wish I lived closer!

Me too, I love Melting Pot for a date night! Also Sweet Mandarin in Sayville in part for sentimental reasons though.
