Crashing but just wanted to share my experience. I came up with a 1/20 risk for open neural tube defects on the quad-screen. My doctor was very concerned and really scared me. It was extremely stressful. Just try to relax, take in all the information and make the best decision you can regarding any follow up testing. Know these blood tests are not diagnostic and false positives are so common. In all likelihood, your baby is fine. 
Oh, my DS turned out to be fine and is a very healthy three month old right now.

Thank you everyone! It really does help to know there are so many false positives for the blood work that goes along with the NT scan....
I added an update to my original post.

We did the fish too. If I remember that test was the most reliable. It came back really fast.
