Confused! I'm I the only one?
What type of cm should u have before your period...this F*@%kin bc has me all screwed up I have no idea what cd I am on and it is annoying the cr@p out of me but as I have said in pp I have been cramping for 2-3 days on and off and BLaaH

thsi is ur first cycle right off bcp?
u cannot go by anything..u may not ovulate,u may not get ur period right away
it is all a hormonal adjustment
i get u r eager to ttc but there may be an adjustment periiod

I believe it's normal. Your body is still adjusting n ur hormones are screwed up. Anyway, i had a friend who had the same issue..constant cramping n nothing. She went to dr in which they did something to force af to come. It's annoyin im sure n i hope u reconsider other forms of bc after baby number 1

Give your body at least 3 months to regulate after going off BCPs. Some people O right away. Others take 3 (or more) months for their body to re-adjust to being off bcps.

I got off last month too.... I have had horrible cramps. I got mine a day late... try having sex sometimes it comes bc of it.
