What are all of you pregnant woman doing in this heat? Especially if you have kids?
I can't keep my kids in the house anymore! I'm just so darn nauseas, and am feeling weepy and a little depressed...sort of isolated...I think the heat is making it worse!!!

We are out early or the pool or I wait till later in the after noon like after lunch to do things with them like the sprinkler park.
I can't handle this heat and the AC is much kinder to me

POOL!!!!
DH takes DD to Adventureland and stuff on the weekends. If it isn't too bad out I'll meet them there for a little. It's nice they have all the misting fans there.

being cranky! and using fans since we dont have AC. I took DS down to the beach today and spent a better part of the day in the water

Just came back from the beach. It's harder for me to keep the girls indoors because they don't leave me alone.

Yesterday we went berry picking, today we went to the Bronx Zoo. I would not suggest either, I am shot, lol.

I am due in a week and I have a 7 year old and an almost 5 year old. We have been going to Robert Moses, Bayshore Sprinkler Park, Town Pool, friend's pools and the library for crafts/activities.

i have been sitting in dd's blow up pool while she is playing. I have to tell you it is the best. I am tanner than ever this summer haha.

I try to go out with DD in the mornings when it's not that hot. We just got the zoo pass so we went to the Queens Zoo and Bronx Zoo last week and left each place before 12:30. We also fill her little pool and use it in the late afternoon. Other than that, lots of playing in air conditioning!

I bring DS to the water park or go in my backyard with his water table, pool and sprinkler...he sprays me with the hose. We usually do that from 10-12:30ish and then hell sleep from 1:15-4 and i shower, and nap in the AC!

Thankfully our neighbors have a pool, so they let us use it all the time. We do a ton of pool time. But sometimes I just set the sprinkler up and plop my chair in the shade under the umbrella.
