Hurt my back and need to whine for a minute....
So last night, don't know what I did but I somehow pulled or twisted something in my back and I was in terrible pain all night long. I could barely even sit up to eat dinner.
I woke up today feeling sore but much better and stupid me decided that I just had to do laundry and when I carried a load up from the basement I hurt my stupid back all over again. And now I'm laying on the damn couch in pain...again 
Shoot me. 
Ok...vent over.

I hurt my back last week by just standing up. I went to three sessions of PT and it's better already.

I have been having shoulder problems this while pregnancy. It was so bad that I was having problems breathing. What finally worked (with ob approval) was IcyHot. Tylenol didn't touch the pain and my OB said ortho really can't do anything while I'm pregnant. IcyHot was a godsend. I just had to make sure it was not the one with aspirin in it. I hope you feel better
