Heart is racing
Anyone else get this? I feel very hot and im just sitting in my chair but my heart feels like Im jogging.
Im reading that its normal.
And Im drinking a ton of water so i dont think Im dehydrated.
Any thoughts?

I had that at various times throughout my pregnancy. Just keep drinking that water and don't stress over it (that could make it worse!)

Awesome!!! I thought that maybe it could've been your sugars dropping. Try not to worry about it or think about it cause it will only make it worse. Keep drinking your water. It's amazing how drinking water and keeping hydrated effects so many things.

I just posted about this very same thing,lol. I'm 36 weeks and brushing my teeth leaves me out of breath and my heart racing to he point of having to sit down for 10 minutes. It makes me nervous!

I have had this for the last 10 weeks or so (I'm almost 38 weeks now); it was explained to me that is from your blood pressure dropping (especially in the morning) and from when you are sitting upright...it suppresses your blood flow. I have to lean to my side or lay on my side with my feet up when it gets really bad. I blacked out once from it 2 weeks ago. Just take it easy...

I had palpitations too. It's normal (for the most part). Due to the increase in blood volume. That was the worst part of pregnancy for me, the uncontrollable palpitations. :(. Hugs!
