Closing in about 2 weeks Im told.
My mortgage broker told me the bank wants to know about a previous address where I lived in an apartment right after college (12 years ago) and why my name was different then. Its my maiden name.
They are really investigating now huh?

Ronkonkoma. I like Connetquot schools. My son is special needs so I think a bigger district will be able to offer more. The house has the same acerage, is the last house on a culdesac, same size IG pool, next door to elementary and middle school, everything inside is spotless, viking appliances.
+ this one has a basement, closer to work
- I lose my central air and IGS

When we were purchasing our home one of the underwritters was asking for everything!
We had to provide proof of when we started renting, proof and reasons why our rent went up 27.36 over 2 years, and a signed letter from us each, stating that we lived with our mothers before that.
