In case anyone is interested, I just spoke with my sister. She was completely understanding that he would want the bigger apartment. She did say that financially she really can be without rent. She is going o put feelers out to see if she can get one of her friends and her tenant can stay put until then. I don't want er o be ith out the money because he needs it more hen we do. So if our apartment needs to be empty for a few months, then it's no big deal.
