I have been so bad at remembering to take it! I even set an alarm on my phone but things have been so crazy!
How bad is it if it has been at different times?

I have been bad this pregnancy too. Given I have 2 kids I have to shower when I have time and have to do my shot after I shower or the injection site bleeds. I usually have about a 6 hour window I take it and so far everything has been going smoothly. That said I take shots for prevention reasons not for a active clot.

I was told to take it with In an hour but to try to do it the same time every day. The shot is only in your system for 24 hours.... I set my alarm on my phone for 7:45 am. It helps to get in a routine and stick with it
