I Met My Tenant
I know that sounds wacky but the condo is in AZ. She was in town taking her daughter around looking at colleges and suggested we meet.
We met for lunch in the city. Both her and her daughter are lovely. She may extend her lease which is fine with me. :)
I'm lucky..

I'm not covering the mortgage but at least it's close.
She's awesome and very low maintenance.
Single mother..she's super woman.
Kid is going to Ivy league schools..she's pretty and smart. She will rule the universe.
