Question about movement at 37 weeks

Hey ladies, I'll be 37 weeks on Thursday an I still feel the baby move ALL the time. However, it's more just moving and not the jabs here and there like it was up until I'd say Friday. I went to the dr on Saturday and had a NST and everything was perfect. I have another appt with my high risk on Thursday for a sonogram. Is it normal to still feel him all the time but it's not as strong as it used to be? It's more like he's just changing positions and not really punching or kicking. I never made it this far with the twins so I'm thinking maybe he's just getting bigger and running out if room? He was about 6lbs just over 2 weeks ago! TIA!

That sounds exactly like what I've been feeling (also 37w). It's just like shifting around positions and not kicking/punching. I think it was similar to when I was at the end with my ds and from what I've read, it's normal since there's not much room in there anymore.

Question about movement at 37 weeks

There's not much room left in there for them to move around so it may feel different, but don't worry as long as you feel movement everything should be fine Chat Icon

Yes its def normal! I'm 40w4d and have had less movement since about 34w. Def can still feel the baby but not hard kicks , jus moving around and can still see my belly moving. I had weekly nsts since 35w ( not because of the movement)and everything was always fine and never had any contractions. I was always worried bout the lack of movement but my baby is healthy. There's just less room in there ! Just keep drinking lots of fluids!
