Pickles & Prune Juice?
What's your morning sickness reliever?
Mine is just about awful, and with a two-year old at home, it's down right blech.
So far, seltzer helps for about a minute with every sip.

As long I got a good night's rest it helped tremendously. I was going ti bed at 9pm. Other than that carbs helped too.

I agree. Going to bed a bit earlier than usual has helped me out a lot. I also have been eating a toasted bagel every morning with light butter. Carbs, carbs, carbs for me!!

Sadly, carbs it is! Mine is finally starting to lift at a bit past 11 weeks. I also found that drinking something sweet was often helpful. Plain water and even my flavored seltzer was making me feel more sick.

Carbs helped me and unsweetened iced tea.

Re: Pickles & Prune Juice?
Carbs only! Crackers in the middle of the night, a bagel in the morning and plain pasta with a little butter was about all that kept MS at bay.
