Day trip to the Hamptons
My friend and I are going to spend a day in the Hamptons next week. We are definitely checking out the three wineries (Duck Walk South, Channing Daughters, and Wolffer). Any suggestions for some other fun things to do/nice places to eat?

dockers or oaklands restaurants on dune road..great view of the sunset
these are in hampton bays..though...not sure if they are too far west of where you are going

I would go into East Hampton to eat. I just like to walk around there as well.

If you do those 3, you won't be going as far east as EH. You may want to eat in Bridgehampton, World Pie, Bobby Van's maybe. But if you want to eat on the water, Hampton Bays is def. the best. Oaklands as mentioned or on the canal Canal Cafe, Rumba or Cowfish. For shopping (or window shopping) Southampton or East Hampton.

sant ambroise in southampton village - expensive but so yummy.
there's a very good little pizza place in westhampton beach (inside an ice cream shop - can't remember the name.) the owners imported an oven from italy and every ingredient used is from there.
