If your DC use your IPad...
What do they do on it? Do they watch movies or shows? Play games? Are there certain apps for them?

Re: If your DC use your IPad...
DS is 2.5 y/o and we started him on the I-Pad a couple of months ago to help with his speech therapy.. Then we put a few apps on there for him. Flash cards, sight words, learning games. He now has his own page and there are some video's on there and games just for him. His favorite is the Thomas the Train memory game and jigsaw puzzles. His big obsession now is Fire truck, train, and truck You-Tube videos!!! It is amazing how fast he picked it up! He can use it better then I can!!

Re: If your DC use your IPad...
We have quite a few things for the kids on our iPads. My little guys is 2 and like Mickey's Road Rally, a shapes game, and an Elmo/Grover interactive book thing. My older son is 5 and has some educational games and some regular video games- those are moreso on DH iPad because he plays them too. I also have some movies for when we travel.

Re: If your DC use your IPad...
My 3 yr old loves it. I have lots of apps for him I keep in a folder that he knows to go to. He knows not to touch any of mommy's other apps. Of course he doesn't alway listen
We have a good case for it too and DH has the 2 and he knows he's only allowed on mine
He has flashcard apps, games, toddler puzzles, toddler counting, a fish game where he catches fish, 3d fish tank, doodle buddy app he loves, Simon says app, story apps, toy story app, touchy books app, talking Tom app, and some more. All free. I refuse to pay for him and he's happy. He also likes some other games like angry bird, but doesn't quit get it.

DD is almost 2 and pretty much everything on our iPad is for her. We have Sprout online, PBS Kids and Disney Jr on there for her if she wants to watch something. In addition, we have games and toddler puzzles and story apps and drawing apps and learning games for her on there. She's currently obsessed with a game where all you do is make milkshakes.

Re: If your DC use your IPad...
I just downloaded some apps for DD for a car ride. I haven't tried any of them yet, but I found them on these 2 sites:
smart apps for kids
toddler ipad apps

DD mostly watches videos of Elmo, but Fisher Price as 3 free apps that are pretty cute and very simple to use.
