August ladies..Contractions?
I was going to pull up the official august thread, but got distracted  I have been having BH, but last night throughout the night I was having cramping (dull, period like) and pressure. I am pretty sure I am not dehydrated since I drink like a camel ! This is my 3rd child, but I am only 35 weeks..hoping my body is just "preparing"...Anyone else experiencing this??? Luckily I am due at the perinatologist tomorrow am..will be sure to mention!!

I have been having BH for awhile but nothing else. I am also pg with #3 and 35 weeks. I am so done!! I am ready to go. :)

This is my first baby, but I have been having contractions too. I am now 34 weeks. Usually it is nothing too severe, but the other night I woke up in screaming pain. I had lower back pain and the tightening in my stomach... it felt like labor (or what I would imagine it would feel like, as I said FTM) and it lasted almost a full hour but it was at 3 am and DH was fast asleep and I was so tired, so I just drank a lot of water until I fell back asleep and when I woke up, I felt fine. It was so strange. I have smaller contractions here and there but usually if I am walking too fast or something. I am trying to stay seated or laying down whenever I can and drinking a lot of water.

First timer here, so I don't always know what I'm exactly experiencing.... All night I think I'm having BH my stomach is constantly tight once I lay down... When I wake up to pee, my stomach is soo rock hard I can't get out of bed!! I need to rock myself up BC it's such a tight feeling! That's all I got... No dull cramping yet!

3rd timer here too. Yes, same here although it seems to have subsided compared to last week. Doc said it is a combo of the heat and the fact that this is #3.

August ladies..Contractions?
I am 35 weeks today and CONSTANTLY gettin BH! However, I did wind up in the hospital 2 weeks ago for dull but consistent period like cramping that started radiating through to my back. I was dehydrated! They gave me a few bags of fluid and I felt a million times better. Because of the heat, it's so easy to get dehydrated and not know it. Now if I start any type of cramping, I down about 30oz of water.

first timer, i'm in my 34th week, but no contractions, although everytime i go to the doc he says he can feel BH

August ladies..Contractions?
Plenty of BH but sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with some odd pains/cramping. My OB said as long as it doesn't last for longer than 15 minutes then the odd twinges are normal... It's likely linked to the way you're sleeping, the pressure from the baby may be pulling on a ligament.

i'm almost 37 weeks and i've been having strong BH & contractions & cramping a lot lately. yesterday, i felt nauseous and so off. my cervix is softened and shortened, so hoping that baby comes sooner rather than later!!

 I have not been checked yet, go to dr. next wed and he is doing the gbs. Sounds like you are definitely preparing!!
