Vitamins (not prenatal) & Tea
I have red raspberry leaf tea, B6, & Evening Primrose vitamins. I'm CD7. When should I start taking these and when in my cycle should I stop?

I always started drinking the Raspberry leaf the day i got AF until Ovulation. Then i stopped.
