Any recommendations on where to look, or personal references. I still have about 4 months before returning to work, and am still uncertain between nanny//babysitter, and day care. Any suggestions appreciated. TIA!!

Re: daycare
We had an in-home daycare that we used for 2 years. She was fantastic. I feel bad that we're not using her this year but DH is out of work so we have to cut back.
The only issues we had were if she got sick bc we have no family to help out. It happened 2x in 2 years time. She was also a little more lenient when DD was sick. If she was the only kid coming the day she could come even if she was sick.
