Question about low supply due to AF?

I'm 15 weeks PP and just got AF today. My DS has not been nursing well the last few days and I was wondering why. I could tell my milk supply was low. So I'm guessing it was because I was getting AF.
My question is if my supply will ever go back to normal now. When I BF my first DS, I didn't get AF until I completely gave up BF. I'm thinking of taking some supplements to increase my supply and I'm trying to drink more water.
Will my supply be low the whole time I have AF?

I also noticed a drop in my supply at around the same time PP. A few days later I got AF for the first time. I noticed the suppply increase a day or so after AF showed. This continued each month following. Only difference is I exclusively pumped, not sure if that would change anything.

I got AF at 7 months PP. My supply was really low the week before and during AF. It basically returned to normal, but by 9 months PP, I definitely noticed a decrease overall. I was able to make it to 12 months and then continued to BF 1-2 times per day until 15 months.

All of the sudden these last couple of days my supply dropped- fast foward to last night- I am only 5 months pp
I am soooooo mad I love having no period, I wish it lasted longer

At 9 months pp, I am still EBFing, yet my damn period returned at 3 months!!!!!!! Every month it does dip right around AF, but then bounces back. Don't stress about it yet.

I started taking a calcium/magnesium/zinc supplement as per kellymom.com, and my supply returned to normal almost immediately and did not drop again due to AF. The dosage recommended was 1500mg calcium, 750m magnesium, 45mg zinc. I bought an all-in-one supplement from The Vitamin Shoppe.
