patience and a positive attitude...you can do it!
I think we are all amazed at what we can actually do during this horrid struggle, bc I never thought I would be able to go through even half of what I have.
Best of luck to you!

Read 4 or 5 journals of the women on here- we have all had vastly different experiences, some of which might help you.
Write down your questions.
Don't get overwhelmed- we're all here to help.
Do something that relaxes you during the process. You will need it!

It will be both harder and easier than you think. You will amaze yourself at what you are suddenly capable of doing, and you will also get tired of doing it....at least I did. A lot of people said the injections did not hurt at all, I felt them but they certainly weren't as bad as I thought. Be prepared for bloating, if it does happen to you drink gatorade it helped a lot. Keep the videos handy the first time you mix meds, they are useful. I got mine on LI IVF website. Read read read - I read a lot here before my cycle and it helped. Ask questions when you have them and good luck!!! This is a bunch of random thoughts, hope something was helpful.

treat yourself as much as possible while you are going through it. theres a lot of hormones involved so be good to yourself and give yourself a break whenever you need.
try not to overanalyze everything during the wait. the hormones provide so many side effects that no "symptom" can be trusted.
most of all stay positive and realistic at the same time. have no expectations but hope for the best!!
good luck!!
