Some would say acceidental some would say fate...I knew him and had a hugh crush on him when I was 15; he 18...but I had not seen him in over 10 years...I had no intentions of going out of the house that night much less to the place where we ran into each other after all that time...and even then the situation was still complicated - he was still lingering in and out of a relationship...it took months before the relationship went to the next level passed friends...I'll call it Fate...just because it was such a last min decision to go out that night...really last min

Neither, I truly believe and know I sound crazy, but I truly believe that my brother that passed away had a hand in us getting together. DH and my deceased brother both have the same birthday and a few other weird things in common!!

I truly believe it was fate that brought us together. There are too many circumstances surrounding our meeting for it to be a coincidence.

I think it was just accidental.
It turns out we sat at the same lunch table at the same college with the same group of people the semester before and never even noticed each other.
Then one day, we just were face to face and the rest is history...

I think there's a certain amount of fate involved, maybe..a certain amount of luck or chance that causes you to meet.
So I think it's a little bit of fate and a lot of choice.

I'm not sure how to answer but mine is somewhat similar, I had no idea his childhood friend is married to one of mine so we ended up at the same weddings, christenings, 1st bday party,etc (we were both with different people). I even had a pic of DH when from a wedding (he was someone's partner!)
We did meet on our own and even that meeting was strange so I'm not really sure what to think....
