OPK Help

Why does the OPK results vary so much? I'm only on my 2nd day of testing but here's my results thus far:

Day 1: no color (not even a 2nd line)
Day 2: slight color (you could clearly see a line but it wasn't anywhere close to a dark positive)
Day 3: no color (is i stared long enough my mind would think there's a line)

All test were taken at the same time each day. It's so confusing how it can vary so much. Do you think it was a positive at night and I missed it?

Here's the thing I am only on CD9 (LMP 5/28) and I have an average of a 31 day cycle (AF due 6/26). My LP is 16 days but could it be possible that it's actually 18 days?

TTC can be so draining

i am not certain about the tests you are using, but i used the wondfo internet test from amazon and when you are near ovulation you can definitely tell. the line will get almost as dark as the control line, then the next time boom there it is. once you get a positive you will know it
i doubt you missed your ovulation this cycle since its so early on. keep testing
