Oh No!!!
I just moved the wrong way and my siatic nerve is kiling me. I can hardly walk. I hope this goes away. I have never hurt it this bad!!!

So funny you posted this... Mine has been KILLING me since last week.. I am waddling around and can hardly walk.. I have had this before pregnancy, but NEVER this bad. The heat works, but for me it has just been a temporary thing that as soon as I take it off it hurts just as bad.. Its so bad I can hardly lift my legs..
I feel for you..

Thanks everyone. I ended up coming home from work because I was in such pain. My Dr has late hours today so they aren't open yet. I know that they can't really do anything. I keep trying to get comfortable and it is fine for a couple minutes and then it hurts again. I have had sciatica troubles for years but never this bad

There is sooo little they can. Rest is important. I find that ice helps more than heat. HUGS
