Cramps at 16 weeks?

I have cramps when I do too much. But these are like AF cramps which I haven't had in a looong time. Is this normal. The Dr said to let them know if I get cramping thats out of the ordinary, but these are ordinary, just haven't had these kinds in over a month.

I thought cramps after first try were rare.

I had cramps at 16 weeks but mine turned out to be a UTI.

Call your dr if you're unsure if this is normal cramps. It could also be things stretching (round ligament).

Call just for peace of mind. they might give you a urine test to rule out a UTI

Some women cramp when they don't drink enough water. I think stretching pains aren't exactly like AF cramps. I'd try to drink some water and stay off my feet for a few but if it keeps up by tomorrow definitely call the dr.

Maybe it's fluids. I had them in the middle of the night which was odd. And they are continuing now. I'm also really bloated so maybe that's part of it.

I had cramps for a long time until about 23 weeks I still get therm every once in a while ..IDK if this is the case with you but My dr said its common for people who do alot of ab workouts before your get pregnant( LONG EXPLINATION) Lol dont worry its common/growing pains

had bad cramps at 16 weeks thru 18 weeks. had to take tylenol. DS is healthy and 6 month old
