Stay stress free
Everyone has been telling me to limit the stress in my life to help with ttc. I'm sitting here laughing about that. We are in the process of painting and purging my house so we can sell it, trying to figure out where we can live for a couple of months between when we sell and buy our new house, trying to pay off debt and find a new house. And trying to have a baby while dealing with unexplained infertility. So stress free lol. Going to the gym after work to see if that will help.

Re: Stay stress free
I think staying stress free is impossible!!! I work 55 hours a week and would laugh when people said to try not to stress!! I got my bfp last week and the only difference in my life in the last couple months was exercising 5 days a week. Maybe that will help ;)

It's impossible to be stress free, but I have been trying to chill out more!
