How is the Mexican Restaurant in Epcot
We will be there the end of this month and want to try something different we like Meixican but don't do it often. The menu looks good.

I've never eaten there but I absolutely love the atmosphere in the Mexico Pavilion.
Sorry. I know that's no help.

There are two Mexican restaurants in Epcot - San Angel Inn is inside the Mexico pavilion (pyramid) and they recently updated their menu. It's very traditional REAL Mexican food as opposed to what we often get here.
La Hacienda de San Angel is along the lagoon and has mixed reviews. Decent food, small portions, and pricey but the drinks are good.

Honestly, I don't love any of the food in the Mexican pavilion. We just ate at la hacienda in May. The apps were good but the entrees were just eh. The atmosphere is great but the food is not.

We've eaten at San Angel Inn and liked it. It's very traditional food but very good. We also had apps at the one across the street. That was pretty good too but it was just nachos lol.

Re: How is the Mexican Restaurant in Epcot
As others mentioned, there are two. I have eaten at San Angel Inn (the one inside the temple) several times. The first time I ate there, it was one of the best meals of my life. Seriously, I was dreaming about it. After that (since the dining plan..but that's a whole other issue), I feel it's just been kind of blah. I do really like the atmosphere with the volcano, watching the boats go by and hearing the mariachi bands, so I would probably eat there again.
