mandals - UPDATE
my husband loves sandals but he looks like SUCH a dork in them, even in the pair i bought him that i thought were doable. we've tried the adidas slip ons and a brown leather slip on but to me, he looks like a real DAD in them. he agrees that he looks kinda dorky, but he doesnt care and loves wearing them.
do your DHs wear sandals? any recommendations on cool ones??
well, i managed to talk him into trying flip flops. his cousin came over in a pair and when i pointed this out to him, he said he'd try em. so today i bought him a pair of brown eddie bauer flip flops like these. thanks for the help and suggestions, ladies! mandals

 I think EVERY man looks like a dork in mandals. That being said, my DH has Nike sport ones. He doesn't like them, but when we're on vaca or at the beach, it only makes sense to wear them. Even still sometimes he wears sneakers!

Do they have to be slip ons? I love reef flip flops for everyone, they make nice leather ones too! I am not a fan of slip on sandals for men.

DH only wears flip flops and they don't bother me. He has a pair of blue plastic Lacostes and a leather/fabric pair from Ambercrombie. I really dislike actual sandals on men.

DH has a couple of the slip on Addidas type.
I've got him flip flop style in the past but he won't wear them because he can't stand having anything "between his toe".
Never thought about them looking bad.

My DH won't wear any kind of sandal, flip flop included. I have to agree with him, don't like mandals at all unless they are flip flops at the beach.

Not a fan of how they look on any guy BUT we can't expect them to wear closed toe shoes at all times- especially in the heat of summer.
So I just try to look the other way!

Mine does. I don't know how he can stand it. if we go to the beach he will wear sneakers without socks--that's his "summer shoe".
