HELP! So confused

Does this mean I have ovulated???

My Dr. asked that I chart my temps to see if I'm actually ovulating and my chart doesn't look like

can you post a pic of your chart or list your temps?
i believe they say your temperature will increase by at least .4 after ovulation

for example, my numbers are normally 96.9 - 97.1 but once i ovulate i jump to 97.5 and higher. so the day that you got the temp spike is 1 dpo
