Implantation cramping?
Who had it and how bad was it? Bd last night and have had real bad cramping for last few hours.

Did you O yet? I don't think the BD would have anything to do with cramping 
I had very strong implantation cramps with my first at 6DPO. I had it with my second as well, not as strong though.

Implantation happens around 8-10dpo so you're WAY too early to feel it. If you're having cramps it could be from Oing, though that's kinda rare also.

It sounds like O pain. With some women, it lasts for a day or two. I know some times when I O, DH can not touch me bc the pain is so bad and radiates up my back and side.
