can i get something like a double stick tape to do a quick hem on a dress??????

I JUST saw a product in Target...it was specifically for hemming pants within seconds...kind of like a heavy duty fabric tape, but it was for making a quick hem. It was on a shelf with other "as seen on TV" products. I think it was maybe $7 or $8?

Not sure where you live but in Roosevelt field mall there is an express tailor that will hem the same day. I used them and was happy.
