Anyone have lasting soreness from a leg cramp?
I woke up Saturday morning with a REALLY bad cramp in my calf. I massaged it, and stood up and it went away. Its been a little sore ever since. I keep massaging it, stretching it, but its still sore.
Anyone else have this happen?

I stretch my legs in my sleep all the time which now often results in a Charlie horse. I have to jump out of bed and wall around and if I don't get up ast enough to get it out, my calf is sore ALL DAY LONG. It's so annoying!

Yes, I've gotten leg cramps at night and the pain from the cramp lasted a day or two.

Same here. The other night I had simultaneous Charlie horses at 3 am! It was brutal and my right calf hurt for days afterward

**** me in too. I find usually it's when I don't drink enough water. Man those Charlie horses hurt.
