Thoughts of placing a bed in front of a window
There are 2 windows in the room which leaves me 2 options. Put the bed in the corner against the wall (that's where it's been but it makes it hard to make the bed and keep behind the bed clean) or put the bed up against one of the windows. Headboard is not too high, but high enough that it would cover the bottom half of the window. WDYT? If you did this, can you post a picture?

We have our bed against a window. Our headboard comes just up to the bottom of the window - here is a very old pic (we've since changed the bedding and curtains)

I think it's fine. If the window is a decent size, it can kind of provide a "focal point" behind the bed -- like an extension of the headboard, if that makes sense.

I have it like you explained, I wasnt sure about it first either when I was planning the room, but now I love the way it turned out.
I will try to take a pic when I go home.
