All inclusive vacation- where did YOU go?

Im looking to go away on Vacation and was wondering what places are awesome.

Sun, beach but also lots to do. We would zip line, swim with dolphins, bike ride, kayak. Open to a LOT.

Punta cana, DR; Puerto Rico; Riviera Maya MX

Punta Cana had the most things to do but Idk about zip lining.

my cousin loves cabo, she did zip line there. shes been a zillion times and raves about it all the time

We just did Costa Rica in March. Loved it. Stayed at the Westin, its their only AI property thusfar. The food was fabulous. They have beach, pool, we zip lined, bikes, etc.

Only thing is they have a rainy season so you have to be careful when you go. We had 95 and sunny EVERYDAY.

Riviera Maya, Mexico!
We went there for our Honeymoon and had an amazing time. We did all of the activities that you listed and it was a very inexpensive vacation. We stayed at the Iberostar Grand.

St. Lucia, Sandels properties. LOVED and cant wait to go back. Heard Turks and Caicos is great too.

Any Couples or Excellence resort. My favorites are Couples Swept Away in Negril, Jamaica and Excellence Playa Mujeres in Mexico. Excellence Punta Cana in the DR is fabulous as well.

We are going to Ocho Rios, Jamaica in September for our 5yr Anniversary. This is our first All-Inclusive trip and we can't wait!!!

They all of the activities you mentioned. We are definitely going to do a few while we are there!

Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica was amazingly beautiful. It is on the south side of the island away from the airport (so it's a long ride to get there, but SOOO WORTH IT!!) and it's very secluded. We didn't do any activities bc we're pool bar kinda ppl but I know they had windsurfing, scuba (only if you're certified), kayaks, water skiing, etc. We did spend some time on the beach - in fact, we walked it every to get to the restaurant - and it's beautiful.

Sandals LA Toc in St. Lucia - we honeymooned there. They offer the same activities as Whitehouse. We went on a tour to see the Pintons and the volcano. The food was delicious. We especially loved the Japanese (Hibachi) restaurant and Armandos which serves "Italian" for lunch and dinner.

Hotel Riu Palace Riviera Maya - Playa del Carmen, Mexico - we went with a group of friends for 4 nights/5 days. The activities there were extra but the food and drinks and on site entertainment and activities were included.

Looking back on our past trips I'm feeling an itch to go away again!!! Have fun planning your vacation!

Punta Cana and we loved Cancun...it has a "party" rep but our resort was all adults and just lovely..the water was beautful! ohhhhh i want to go back now

We went to Sandals La Toc for our honeymoon and we LOVED it so much we're going back for our anniversary!

We just totally fell in love with the island and its people, and the resort was amazing!

If you do an AI, I recommend springing for Butler service if you can. What really made the trip for us was coming home to find a bubble bath with rose petals, music playing, candles lit, and champagne on ice. ir getting our favorite drinks and snacks brought to us. Also, not having to worry about whether we'd get in a restaurant or get a chair on the beach was great. We loved our meal at the fancy French restaurant (hard to get into) so much that we asked for a 2nd reservation there and got it, but then we decided we didn't feel like getting dressed up so we had the full meal delivered to our suite.

went to Now Saphire in rivera maya last year. Really enjoyed it. No dealing with restaurant reservations. That was a big plus for me.

Stayed a couple weeks ago at Privilege Aluxes on Isla Mujeres in mexico (20 minute ferry from cancun) And did the AI package. I Can't reccommend that island enough. Stunning beach and water. Hotel food was good. Food at the surrounding restaurants was amazing. Near garrafon Park (zip lining, kayaks, snorkle, etc.) and Dolphin Discovery. Plenty of capptains that will take you snorkling. And a 15 minute walk on the beach to a snorkling cove area. Great area for couples and fmailies. Very laid back. And amazing sunsets every night. The hotel was more of a hotel, not a resort. But they had SO many beach chairs, you didn't have to ever worry about getting a chair or shade any time of the day. And the service on the beach was fab!

Any of the Excellence Resorts - AMAZING.

Personally, loved Excellence Playa Mujeres.
