I just went 2 months ago.
There is a restaurant in Cosmopolitan - Estiatoria Milos that has a 3 course lunch for $20.12 It was really good - the scallops were amazing, the best couscous I have ever had.

I love walking in and out of each hotel and checking out the free shows...Bellagio fountains is a favorite, pirate show at Treasure Island, the volcano at the Mirage. The Gondola ride at the Venetian is really nice (I recommend doing it inside).
I really like the breakfast buffet at the Paris hotel. The lunch buffet at Planet Hollywood was good. Carnegie deli at the Mirage and the Burger place in there, both really good.

Favorite thing to do: wonder around checking out all the hotels and hanging out in each one.
Favorite restaurant: Delmonico's Steak house at The Venetian.

When I went, I did the most awesome tour of red rock canyon using scootcitytours.com ... driving the "scooters" were sooo much fun and we had a blast!

We've been several times and we always try to do something different each time we go. The funnest thing we did was ATV'ing in the desert - it's all day and lunch and transportation is provided and they take you on an ATV tour out in the desert. It's so much fun.

It was a great 1st zip line. Small enough that you weren't too scared but big enough to get the idea.
We went at night so the lights were all on.
