Wow! Be Our Guest Restaurant!
I could literally post Disney news all day, but I had to share this video of the inside of the new Be Our Guest restaurant slated to open at Magic Kingdom.
I wasn't THAT interested until I saw this. Great insight into the imagineering process and it looks just like the movie!

It's too bad it's not a character meal. Bad move on Disney's part. They should at least throw Belle in there!

There's going to be a whole interactive Belle attraction right next door.
I'm kind of glad it's not a character meal. Magic Kingdom is lacking in good, efficient table service. Character meals also mean more time and more money. Would love to be able to get a nice meal without the hooplah. Plus there are already eleventy bajillion princess dining experiences.

That does look cool.....sorta brings you into the action, so I like the idea of not necessarily seeing characters & getting a better meal/service. My DD would definitely think she was actually eating in the balroom!

I woudlnt want characters around...I want to pretend to be Belle!!! 
I hope its really a GOOD restaurant and not cheesy or filled with screaming kids. I would love for it to be more like Victoria and Albert's - romantic and classy!

Are they still doing it where it is counter service during the day and table service at night? I hope not.
What are the other 2 rooms going to look like I just keep seeing pictures and videos of that ballroom - but they said they were also doing
Actually I would love to see a character meal there of sorts - something with Belle and the Beast, etc.

Nice! When is it slated to open? Just got back from there last week and yes, MK could use a nice restaurant for sure.
Any chance it will be open in the fall? We may be going back!!!

This! We were planning on going this August but glad we pushed it a year because there will be so much more going on in 2013!
This is great. We also are going to push back until 2013. I can't wait to stay in the new Resort too.

Not sure how I feel about AoA but I am dying to take the girls to POR for their Royal guest rooms since they love princesses.

There's been nothing mentioned about counter-to-table lately so I'm wondering if that's been ditched.
We know one room will be the West Wing and I haven't heard or seen anything about the third room yet.

We, and the public, were told "Holiday Season 2012" so that could be anywhere from November 3rd when the fall decorations come down to Christmas Day!
Since we booked dining for November 1st arrivals today, I'm anxious to get a more definite date.
