I'm a horrible person
DH's best friends gave birth today. I am sitting here crying as I look at the babies pictures. I am happy for them but just know it might never be me. They got pregnant right away and I am ready to give up. Sorry for the pity party... I just need to vent.

I just think this journey will let us appreciate our baby more.

You are definitely not a horrible person.
I think everyone dealing with IF has felt like that before.
Last night, I found out someone was pregnant with baby #2 and baby #1 is about a year old. That means they have gotten pregnant 2 times since we have been TTC - very frustrating.

you are not horrible. i remember feeling the same way when I was going through IF treatments... it seemed like everyone in my life was telling me they were pregnant... and I remember one time my cousin told me she was pg and I faked a smile and afterward broke down in tears... completely normal

One thing I have learned in life is that you can be happy for someone else, while still feeling crappy about yourself. It's not jealousy or animosity towards others, it's just feeling bad about our own situation. Seriously, you are a great friend!
