Chocolate and alcohol helps you to cope. 2 1/2 years since I started, and that's all I've got!

I am not sure about any foods, but my SIL got pregnant after going for acupuncture treatments (after 2 MC & a couple years of ttc).

I'm not really sure, but I know they say limiting caffeine helps, for both you and DH. I have also heard about pineapple maybe helping? Not 100% sure though

I don't drink any coffee or have anything with caffeine in it, never have, and I'm still not pregnant so who knows LOL

Good luck!

Hi, I am going to recommend whole milk. I read a study that said women who drank/ ate whole dairy had a much better chance of getting pregnant. After 4 years of nothing, I did ivf and drank a glass of whole organic milk everyday. It worked!

Obviously, the ivf played a role but I wouldn't rule out the milk!

I think that study was based on women who were underweight. The extra fat made them gain a few.

I don't believe that foods help. It's just a matter of being underweight or overweight that could cause problems.

That might be true, but lots of lowfat dairy in a woman's diet can wreck havoc on your hormones. There's something about how the dairy is processed by your body that causes the problems.

To the OP: Grapefruit juice and a cup of green tea around O time made more EWCM. I always had some when we were TTC my daughter.
