What are your favorite workout sneakers?
I've been doing a lot of gym classes. Step, kickboxing, etc and my arches are starting to hurt on one foot. Just looking for some recs. Thanks! Anyone have Ryka sneakers- endorsed by Kelly Ripa?

I like addidas but everyone's foot is different. Your best bet is to go to the store and try on all different brands and see what supports your foot/arch the best.

Thanks, I picked up a pair of Ryka's. They seem very comfy so far with good support.
