What to expect at 1st appt
My first appointment is Monday.
I will be 8 weeks.
What should I expect? Will there be an internal?

i had an internal since i was due for my annual pap
he also did an internal sono to determine how far along i was.. i was 8w3d at my 1st appt.

THIS! And bloodwork, and peeing in a cup. Make sure to bring a list of questions!

I did not have an internal or a pap since I was not due for a pap... They did a regular sono on the small machine in the office to se how far along exactly I was... Checked my urine...
Then I went into the Drs office to go over my questions/concerns/general pregnancy information... And the Dr discussed details about the practice, gave me some pamphlets with info...

they made me go elsewhere for blood work

my first appt at wtih my ob i was 9w3d. they did a sono but it was not internal.
i didnt need any blood work done because everything was done at my re.
the doc went over my file and gave me some dos and donts
guess im zero help

Mine did a a pap since I was due for one, internal sonogram, peed in a cup and blood work. We then talked about hospital affiliation and the upcoming appointments and any questions we have.

it was boring!
did a cheapie pregnancy test, height weight blood pressure
then told me what to eat and what not to and gave me a script for pre natals

My dr checked my cervix and I had some blood drawn. They also did a urine sample and the typical temperature, blood pressure, weight thing.
