Transfer done and I wish I could stop worrying

So only two embies made it out of four and one was 6 cell 2 fragmentation and one 5 cell 2 fragmentation. Therefore, we had nothing to freeze. Dr.Kensingberg did the transfer and he said they looked good at first, but then as we questioned him about the grading he said they are o.k....after the transfer he said it was disheartening that I stimmed so well and am considered still on the younger side of old, just turning 37, and only had two in the end. He said if these embies don't make it they would make some changes to my protocol next time. I want to be hopeful but I am so afraid this may not work. Can anyone explain the whole embryo grading system?

each lab grades differently so its nearly impossible to explain exactly what their system is. im assuming this is a day 3 transfer? if so, from what i've heard, on Day 3, they should have at least 6 cells, and no more than moderate fragmentation. so one of your embies sounds pretty good and the other still OK. anyway the saying goes, poor quality embies make beautiful babies!!

you def need to stop worrying. whether you worry or not, whats going to happen will happen and at this point all you can do is wait and pray and relax. and if it doesn't work, it seems they already have a plan for your next cycle. so try to relax and not think about it as much as you can!!

I don't get the whole grading system .Try not to worry my RE did the same thing with this transfer. While waiting in the room where you change he said my 2 day 3 embies looked great. 15 minutes later after the transfer they looked good, and I said ' they went from great to good in 15 minutes', his response was 'they are still great and good'. WHAT? You only need one to stick.

My bestfriend used a top quality egg and had a miscarriage. The next time they used a poor quality egg and she has a healthy baby girl! Just try and stay positive and don't think to far ahead.
