has anyone heard of this...
soy isoflavones
im getting frustrated with my long cycles and would love to bump up my ovulation date or do anything that may help with the ttc journey so i was considering this.
anyone have experience with this or heard about it (good or bad)? or does anyone know any other way to bump up ovulation?
edit - feel free to tell me i am crazy and shouldnt try them

I have never heard of it, but when I went to visit my doctor last month she told me if I do not get pregnant in 6 months she can give me something so i ovulate regularly.

I have read somewhere the soy acts like a "natural version of clomid", but I've never heard of supplements like that before.
Only reason I know is because I was on a diet that was mostly all soy-based, and while trolling the online chat boards of this diet's website, many women were saying how they've become pregnant very easily because of 1. losing all of the weight fast, and 2. the high soy content acting like clomid.
Personally, I'd just ask my dr about this just to be safe
