I've had cetrotide in the fridge since it arrived and I have to inject it for the first time tonight. Should we take the pre-filled syringe and powder vial out of the fridge for 15-20 minutes beforehand or use it cold? I'm not sure if it will be easier to handle if it's cold or room temp.

Any experience?

Also, I've read that it causes stinging and itching for 30 minutes after injection. Has anyone had that happen?

Sorry for all of the questions but, even though I've been stimming for over a week, I still experience anxiety when it comes to injecting.
