I know it's often praised, but Boma is my favorite meal on property. I absolutely love the food there. As a vegetarian, I have a lot of choices, and the atmosphere is nice too. It's also always great to be able to go to AKL and see the incredible lobby and catch a glimpse at the animals.
For experience, I also love 'Ohana, which is DH's favorite meal.
Least favorite? Sci Fi Dine in. I actually LOVE the atmosphere there, but it was one of the least enjoyable veggie burgers I've ever had in my life. The hard shakes were AMAZING though, so I would go there for dessert only and call it a day.
Actually I think I disliked Tony's more. Lackluster food and no cool gimmick to make up for it, though I love lady and the tramp.

Beaches and Cream (yummmm)
its counter service, but i dream of Earl of Sandwich at night.
On my last trip I did:
Tokyo Dining
Cinderella's Royal Table
'Ohana
Boma
Sci Fi Dine INe
San Angel Inn
My next trip...I'm thinking
Sanaa
Flying Fish
Via Napoli
Crystal Palace
Maybe Boma breakfast
Prime Time 50's (it's been awhile)
I wouldn't pick Sanaa or Flying Fish wish kiddos though.
Do you think they would enjoy Coral Reef?
Biergarten is a blast for kids too.
ETA: Actually on my most recent trip a few weeks ago I did Beaches and Cream. That's not a bad idea for an EPCOT day

the best meal i've ever had at disney is hands down sci-fi drive in. the reuben is to die for. and it kept dd busy because there was so much to see.
i think the worst was le cellier. dh said his steak was just ok.

We really enjoy Jiko and Artist Point.
Not a fan of Le Cellier - only did it once and wasn't impressed. I also think the Cinderella dinner food is bleh.
Love the fried chicken at 50's Prime Time.
Food at the Cinderella dinner buffet at the Floridian was not good at all.

Love Whispering Canyon in the Wilderness Lodge (campfire potatoes are amazing!!)
Love 'Ohana, Thought the food at Cinderella's Royal table (breakfast) was great too), love 50s Prime time Cafe in HS.
Hated: Crystal Palace for dinner

I have loved everything I have had at California Grill... esp. the cheese plate!
Worst... chefs de france. food was not very good and service was really bad.
Best breakfast is tonga toast at the kona

Worst - Le Cellier, Coral Reef and Kona Cafe.
Best - Bistro De Paris, Jiko, San Angel Inn (but this can be hit or miss depending on what you order - I had a perfectly cooked fillet that was surprisingly excellent - but this place really depends on what you order).

Our favorites (with kids):
Kona Cafe - Tuna Oscar for dinner is AWESOME. Breakfast is great too.
The Plaza - Great sandwichs and ice cream for dessert
Wolfgang Puck Cafe - Great pizza and terrific sushi
Paradiso 37 - great atmosphere and cool/different food offerings
Our worst
SyFi diner - BLECK
The Wave - the food wasn't bad just not our tastes, we left half our food on our plates
1900 Park Fair Dinner - My DH and I didn't eat one thing. The food was cold and the meats were fatty. Oh i think I had a chicken finger from the kids buffet!

Really just my opinion. wasn't for us. I hear great things about it but for some reason everything had some weird spice/taste to it that we really didn't like. My DD is very picky and they didn't have any regular fries only sweet potato that she hates so that was a bummer for us. My DH only eats chicken or fish and they ran out of fish?? so he only had one choice to eat and didn't like the waffles that came with the chicken. I did just look at the menu and it looks like some items have changed so definately give it a try. I did hear from multiple people that the breakfast was awesome!

Consistently the best for us:
California Grill or Victoria & Alberts (which is amazing. It may not be an option for you because it's the only adults only restaurant on Disney property - but if you ever get the chance to experience it - it's a must do!!)
As far as the worst: I find that it can vary from trip to trip. From our last trip (in January) we ate dinner at Kat Kora's Couzina on the Boardwalk and we were not impressed at all.
But we also had dinner at Coral Reef (which usually I'm not a huge fan of) and we were very pleasantly surprised.

I have been to Sci-Fi twice and both times had the shrimp and pasta meal and it was really good.

We really enjoyed:
Cape May Cafe (buffet dinner)
Biergarten (DH lovvved this place)
Breakfast @ Crystal Palace was good - but nothing special. Very run of the mill.
I know I am in the minority on this, but we didn't really enjoy California Grill. It wasn't really our kind of atmosphere/menu...I would have much rather have taken those 2 dinner points & used them elsewhere.

So far I am on board with most of the above! I definitely love California Grill and Narcossee's and of course, Boma.
I also recommend Teppan Edo at Epcot (Japan) especially with the kiddies! It's a hibachi and always a fun time! As far as counter service, Wolfgang Puck Cafe in DD is absolutely amazing...especially if you are on the DDP!

Yep, inside and out, but it's always crowded, so I stalk for a table while DH gets on line
