This is ridiculous!

This baby must literally be right on top of my bladder! I literally feel the urge to pee as Im walking out of the bathroom having just finished peeing! Im 29+ weeks and can't imagine feeling like this for the next 10 weeks. And it started happening out of nowhere! I would almost think that it had to be a UTI except the other night I was able to lay in a position where my hips/stomach was elevated and I didn't feel antyhing until I got up. So that's why Im pretty sure it's the baby.

Anyone have something like this and the have it go away? Or is it most likely going to stick around until the end?

I had this a few weeks back and I actually did have a UTI. However, even after the infection went away, it was still brutal. My doctor said it was probably the way he was sitting. Just in the past week or so, it suddenly got a million times better- he must have movedChat Icon Hopefully your LO shifts soon and gives you a break!!!Chat Icon

Re: This is ridiculous!

I totally suffer with this. Its not everday but it happens often enough. Sometimes i just dont even leave the bathroom i just sit and wait cause i know im gonna have to go again. Lol
At first i was nervous like you that it was a uti but i dont have one its just the way lo is sitting.
I notice for me its worse as the day goes on and the more i drink. But it will hopefully get better once lo shifts position.
I stop drinking anything 1 hour before my commute home from work and i found that helps. But once im home drinking water all bets are off lol
So your def not alone! It makes me not want to leave my house some days...

I have this too, but not all the time. Even though the baby is still higher up, all your organs are being pushed down low so as you stand or walk, your bladder gets pressed and you get that urge. Or you can have baby's head or bottom laying on your bladder so yeah... it sucks lol! I will say that some days it's better than others for me. But I DO feel a lot of pressure most of the times when I walk.
