Boob support at night
Hey girls - are you wearing anything like a sports bra to bed? I feel like someone told me to stay supported as much as possible but some nights I need to just break free!

I don't wear anything at night. Lately I can't wait to get it off!! I thought it was suggested to wear them to bed after LO is born. Can't remember

I have a very soft sports bra with no seams that I wear, I need the support otherwise they hurt.

I don't wear any support to bed. Luckily, I'm not all that big, and I can't wait to get my bra off when I get home!
