Does anyone use Tru Green for fertilizing lawn

We are trying to find a place to do our fertilizer. We have someone that cuts our lawn. Is it easier to find a place to cut lawn and fertilize, etc or easier to just hire someone to fertilize? I know my parents used Tru Green many years ago. Any experience with them?

We had a bad experience with them. They never came to do the scheduled treatments, we had to call and bug them to come. (For the record, they sent us a list of treatment dates which were weather permitting of course) They called us almost daily to try and get us to get "extra" treatments for trees, bushes, etc that really aren't necessary. I told them no calls several times and they continued. Customer service is awful. Too much headache. We are not going to use anyone this year. DH is doing it himself.

Yes, I did a search on here and read some not great reviews. I just don't know where the best place to go for this is. It is time to hire someone, as my DH doesn't want to do it and it becomes a whole ordeal.
