No, not everyone gets it. I did get it however, and it was around 14 weeks where I noticed it. It means nothing whether you get it or not.

I have it but I don't remember when I first noticed it. Mine actually extends above my belly button and is crooked

Mine too, and below my belly button it's pretty dark and wide.
