New fence and taxes?
If you installed a new fence on your property, did you seen an increase in your property taxes? I know it varies from town to town and fence size...but just curious what people's experiences have been.

Your assessment will not be raised. A fence is not considered a permanent structure and therefore is not assessible.

We're putting up 6ft PVC fencing this week and our taxes won't be affected.
