Anyone have trees or shrubs planted?

I don't have landscaping experience but I'd like to plant (or possibly hire someone) to plant some privacy trees/shrubs for our house.

Has anyone planted these themselves? Was it difficult? Am I better off hiring someone? I don't have a regular landscaper.

We planted something similar on the sides of our patio for privacy: Arborvitae - Emerald Green

We purchased 6' trees, but we also have a 14' trailer where the nursery could load them on and my DH has a tractor (not a where he was able to unload a few at a time and then plant them.

We opted not to go with the ones you posted a link to because they tend to grow much bigger and we didn't need that much height or width in the trees.
