Starting to design our front and backyard landscaping...Looking for nursery recommendation for well priced Trees, Shrubs, Flowers
We just finished construction on our house and hopefully in the spring we'll be able to start working on the landscaping. I'm looking for recommendations of nurseries (not home depot or lowes please) that won't break the bank for Trees, Shrubs, Flowers. Not looking for a full service landscaping company, we're going to do it ourselves.
I'd love to see pics of anyone's landscaping that's willing to share for ideas as well!
All responses are really appreciated!

We will have a large selection of flowers at the end of April (we also sell soil). We are located in North Massapequa.

I agree about Cheap Sams and Blooming Haus in Holtsville. Although Blooming Haus was a bit overwhelming to me, but the quality seemed good!

I know you don't want Home Depot or Lowes but I did want to point out that if you did end up getting some stuff from there, they guarantee it for a year. If it dies, all you have to do is bring it back with the receipt and I believe you can either get a replacement or refund.
Costco has the same policy and they do get some nice stuff in for great prices seasonally.
